Booking and Payment

Cancellation Policy

1. If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us as follows:
   More than 7 days before the trip: 100% refund minus an administrative fee.
   Within 3 to 7 days before the trip: 60% refund. Within 24 hours of the trip: No refund will be issued.
2. Administrative fees will be specified during the cancellation process.
